TikTok creator J2Hundred drew large crowds during a Norwich livestream, with police helping him leave safely through a pub exit.
A popular TikTok creator says police helped him avoid large crowds after his livestream attracted groups of young people into Norwich city centre.
J2Hundred, who has around 2.7 million followers on TikTok, visited the city on Tuesday 18 August as part of a tour of different locations around the UK.
The 24-year-old creator, known as Josh, began livestreaming at around 2pm but said the situation quickly became hectic as increasing numbers of people gathered around him.
At one point he went into The Bell Wetherspoon pub in Orford Hill to deal with problems with his equipment.
J2Hundred said police officers later helped him leave through another exit because of the number of people waiting outside.
Norfolk Police confirmed it received several calls about large groups of young people gathering around Orford Hill and Castle Meadow.
Officers attended but said they found no criminal offences had taken place.
J2Hundred later stopped the livestream and returned home, cutting short his planned tour of East Anglia.
He said the experience had made him consider using additional security for future livestreams, both for his own safety and that of people gathering to see him.
