A man accused of threatening Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor near Sandringham is due to stand trial in December.
Alex Jenkinson, 39, appeared before the court charged with using threatening behaviour that allegedly caused Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to fear that unlawful violence would be used against him.
The charge relates to an incident in May while Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was walking his dogs near the Sandringham Estate.
Jenkinson denies the allegation and will face trial later this year.
He also denies a separate public order offence involving another man in King's Lynn. That allegation will also be dealt with as part of the court proceedings.
The case remains before the courts, and no findings have been made against the defendant.
Jenkinson was granted bail ahead of the trial, which is scheduled to begin in December. As criminal proceedings are ongoing, the allegations remain subject to the judicial process, and the defendant is entitled to the presumption of innocence unless proved guilty in court.
