A man accused of threatening Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor near Sandringham is due to stand trial later this year.
A man accused of causing Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor to fear violence during an incident near Sandringham is due to stand trial in December.
A court heard that Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor claims Alex Jenkinson, 39, was wearing a balaclava and ran after his vehicle during an encounter in May.
Jenkinson is charged with two public order offences, which he denies. He is also contesting an application for a Stalking Protection Order, which prosecutors say is being sought in connection with the alleged behaviour.
The case was heard at Norwich Crown Court, where the trial was scheduled to take place later this year.
As criminal proceedings are ongoing, no findings have been made against the defendant. Jenkinson remains entitled to the presumption of innocence unless and until he is found guilty by a court.
The trial is expected to examine the allegations surrounding the incident near the Sandringham Estate, as well as the application for the proposed Stalking Protection Order.
