Fifty-one-year-old Martha Goddard was found guilty of six counts of criminal damage and one count of making an explosive substance following a trial.
The offences related to incidents involving homemade devices that were set alight outside premises including the BBC, McDonald's and Starbucks in Norwich.
The jury cleared Goddard of charges alleging she attempted to cause explosions likely to endanger life or property. She was also found not guilty of offences linked to a separate fire involving a transmitter site.
The case was heard at Norwich Crown Court, where prosecutors outlined a series of incidents that prompted an extensive police investigation.
Although the devices caused damage, the more serious allegations relating to attempted explosions were not proven.
Goddard has been remanded ahead of sentencing, which is scheduled to take place in October.
The court will decide the appropriate sentence after considering the offences for which she was convicted and any mitigation presented on her behalf.
