A Post Office branch in Norwich has temporarily reduced its opening days because of staffing shortages.
The branch, located inside Roy's on Magdalen Street, is now open only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays while efforts continue to resolve the staffing issues.
The Post Office has apologised to customers for the disruption and acknowledged the inconvenience caused by the reduced service.
Residents who regularly use the branch are being encouraged to check opening times before travelling or, where possible, use alternative nearby Post Office branches on days when the Magdalen Street office is closed.
The Post Office says it is working to restore normal opening hours as soon as staffing levels allow.
No timescale has been given for when the branch will return to its usual schedule, but customers will be updated as soon as any further changes are confirmed.
