A man in his 70s has died after his car was involved in a collision with a skip lorry in Norfolk.
A man in his 70s has died following a collision between a car and a skip lorry in Norfolk.
The crash happened on the B1077 Attleborough Road at Great Ellingham at around 1.55pm on Tuesday 7 July.
Norfolk Police say a Skoda Karoq estate was travelling from the roundabout when it was involved in a collision with a skip lorry travelling in the opposite direction, near the junction with Deopham Road.
The driver of the Skoda, a man in his 70s, was sadly declared dead at the scene.
The driver of the skip lorry, a man in his 50s, was taken by ambulance to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries.
Road closures were put in place following the collision and remained in force until shortly after 11pm while emergency services worked at the scene.
Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward.
