Norwich Theatre will celebrate Pride with a musical drag brunch, family entertainment and live performances at Theatre Royal this month.
Norwich Theatre has announced a full programme of entertainment to celebrate Norwich Pride later this month.
The celebrations will take place on Saturday 25 July, beginning at 10am with a musical-themed Pride Drag Brunch at Prelude, the restaurant inside Norwich Theatre Royal.
Performers Stealia Jobs and The Duke will host the event, combining show tunes, comedy and drag entertainment. Tickets cost £25 per person and include an arrival cocktail and a choice of main course from the brunch menu.
The programme will then continue throughout the day with free entertainment aimed at families and Pride visitors.
Norwich Theatre says the event will feature live acts and drag performances as part of a wider day of activities celebrating Norwich Pride.
The theatre is encouraging people to drop in before or after the Pride parade and enjoy the entertainment taking place around the venue.
The celebrations form part of Norwich Theatre’s wider commitment to supporting the city’s cultural calendar and creating welcoming spaces for audiences from across the community.
Full details of the day’s programme and ticket information for the drag brunch are available through Norwich Theatre.
