A charity chairman who says the SEND system is broken has set out plans to open the county's first specialist autism centre.
Colin Lang, founder of Thrive Autism, hopes to create a £7 million facility near Norwich.
It will offer support and a safe community space for autistic young people and their families. The charity has been donated land for the project and is now fundraising.
