Broadland broadcasts local news and sport at the following times: weekdays hourly from 7.30am to 9:30am and 4.30pm to 6.30pm. At the weekend hourly from 7.30am to 9:30am inclusive.
Local news is produced in-house.
National news bulletins are broadcast on the hour 24 hours a day and provided by Radio News Hub.

Sometimes what you hear on Broadland is automated. Generally, weekday programming is live, but there are times when some shows may be recorded.

Any complaints made are logged immediately with an acknowledgement receipt issued to the complainant within 24 hours. The details are then passed on to the relevant department.
We will aim to resolve any complaint within 10 working days. If under any circumstances a solution to the complaint can not be agreed, a further complaint can be made with Ofcom.
