Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service says last year was its busiest on record, handling almost 18,000 emergency calls.
Crews attended more than 10,000 incidents across the county, including fires, road collisions and rescues.
Officials say the figures show growing demand on the service, alongside increased prevention work such as home safety visits and education programmes.
