The co-founder of East Coast Pet Rescue has criticised owners who treat the charity as a dumping ground for unwanted pets.
Sarah Evans says the team has helped more than 2,000 animals since launching in 2021, but warns they don't have unlimited funds.
The rescue is currently caring for dozens of animals and is fundraising to expand its facilities.
