Norfolk County Council has announced a new crisis and resilience fund to support residents facing financial hardship.
The multi-year programme will place the National Household Support Fund from April and aims to provide both emergency help and longer-term financial advice.
The council says it will invest more than £3 million in voluntary organisations to deliver support across the county.
