Thousands of Norwich City fans will face diversions around Carrow Road ahead of Saturday's East Anglian Derby.
Travel restrictions will be in place near Carrow Railway Bridge for the lunchtime match.
Some supporters will be asked to use alternative routes, including Geoffrey Watling Way, and diversions through Carrow Park.
Police will also deploy specialist drone and mounted units as part of its policing operation.
