A Second World War bomb has been safely detonated after being discovered in the River Wensum.
The mortar shell was discovered by a magnet fisher near Dolphin Bridge on Sunday.
Police set up a cordon along Marriott's Way while an Army bomb disposal team attended.
A controlled explosion was carried out later that afternoon.
