More than 1,300 health and social care students will benefit from new training facilities at the College for West Anglia.
It follows funding from Norfolk County Council. Nearly £190,000 has been used to buy specialist equipment.
The upgrades include advanced simulation labs, VR and AI technology, and lifelike training mannequins.
