Police have made a second arrest after a 23-year-old man died in a suspected drugs incident at a flat in Norwich.
A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug and is being questioned.
A woman previously arrested has been released on bail. Henry Hammerton died at the scene on Bullard Road earlier this month.
A further man police want to speak to remains outstanding.
