Norwich City Council to invest £78m in housing

Norwich City Council is investing £78 million in its housing revenue account next year with a £67 million capital programme to improve and build council homes.

Rents will rise by 4.8% in line with government guidance.

The budget also backs major regeneration including the Anglia Square redevelopment and keeps up to 100% council tax support for residents on the lowest incomes.
