Fresh plans have been drawn up to redevelop the former Coleman's Mustard factory site in Norwich.
The city councillors appointed Howarth Tompkins alongside local firm Hudson Architects to design the first phase.
The wider Carrow Works site could eventually provide 3,500 new homes.
Homes England bought the 42-acre site in March, giving the regeneration project renewed momentum.
