A controlled explosion was carried out in a Norwich garden yesterday after an unexploded ordnance device was found in a garden.
Norfolk police say it was discovered at an address on Dowson Road shortly after quarter past one.
A 100 metre cordon was put in place and several roads were closed while the device was assessed.
Army bomb disposal experts later moved it and carried out the explosion off Drayton High Road.
