A prolific shoplifter has been issued with a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) banning him from multiple shops across Norwich.
Tom Moore, 35, of Kett’s Hill, Norwich appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Tuesday 26 August) for a charge of theft from a shop.
During his appearance he was handed the CBO for a period of five years.
The conditions in his CBO states that he must not enter the following stores:
- Any Co-Operative Retail Store or East of England Co-Operative Store in Norfolk
- BP Mousehold Garage, Mousehold Lane
- TK Maxx, Westwick Street
- Aldi, Drayton Road
- Aldi, Sprowston Road
- Boots, Albion Way
- Farmfoods, Westwick Street
- Superdrug, Stephens Street
- Somerfield Stores, Earlham House Shops
- Angling Direct, Aylsham Road
- Cotswold Outdoors, Theatre Street
- Next, Riverside Road
- Nike, Albion Way
- Halfords, Barker Street
- One Stop, Quebec Road
Moore was remanded on unconditional bail ahead of his next court appearance at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on 26 September 2025.
