Diagnosis and treatment times are expected to improve in east Norfolk and Waveney for patients of a diagnostics facility.
The James Paget has completed work at the Northgate Community Diagnostic Centre in Great Yarmouth. Over 700 patients have received CT scans since April.
It's hoped this and another two sites will help offer alternative locations as well as the main James Paget Hospital in Gorleston
The unit opened in April, with more than 700 patients being given CT scans there since then.
Charlotte Dillaway, who is thechief operating officer commented "These new facilities provide extra diagnostic capacity, helping our patients access tests more quickly, resulting in swifter diagnoses which are so important for treating many conditions."
