A senior backroom change is expected at Norwich City, with Neil Adams set to leave Carrow Road.
The club plans to promote head of recruitment Lee Dunn to deputy sporting director.
Adams, who first joined Norwich 32 years ago as a player, will depart at the end of the season as he looks towards retirement.
