Attleborough man wins lottery after battling bowel cancer

Paul Harvey, a single parent from Attleborough who recently battled bowel cancer has won £1m on the National Lottery. He did't realise he had won until a week after the draw for the Euromillions.

Paul, aged 51, said he was going to use the money to treat his children to a holiday in Greece.

Paul continued to say "Life hasn't always been easy, but the kids mean the world to me, and they always come first."

He didn't realise he had won at first and kept receiving prompts from the National Lottery to check his account, which he belived to be a scam at first. Luckily, he did check his account and found out that he was £1 million better off.
