Police are investigating after two teenage girls were raped in Great Yarmouth.
It happened on South Beach Parade in the early hours of Saturday.
One man, aged in his 30s, has been arrested and being questioned.
Officers are still trying to trace a second man, described as white, with short dark hair and dark facial hair.
Anyone who witnessed anything is being urged to call police.
