Great Yarmouth Festival of Bowls
Great Yarmouth Festival of Bowls runs from Sunday 30 August to Saturday 26 September 2026 at Britannia Bowling Greens on the seafront.
Described as the biggest outdoor open bowling event in the country, the festival attracts more than 800 participants to Great Yarmouth for nearly four weeks of competition. Players compete across men’s, ladies’ and mixed events, with singles, pairs, triples and fours titles all part of the programme.
The event is a significant sporting fixture for the town, bringing competitors, spectators and visitors to the seafront across late summer and early autumn.
It takes place at Britannia Bowling Greens, North Drive, Great Yarmouth, close to the seafront and Britannia Pier.
